Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly with customer service problem-solving skills, and provide exceptional guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct safety inspections, and implement emergency procedures when necessary to ensure guest and staff safety. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation related to property management and security activities. Communicate effectively with guests via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Support hotel management by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and protocols. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred, especially within resort environments or properties utilizing PMS like OPERA. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations.
