Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, managing front desk responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in hotel management systems and guest relations will help uphold our commitment to exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with tact and problem-solving skills, adhering to hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial transactions, guest issues, and operational activities for management review Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, staff, and emergency responders to ensure smooth operations throughout the night Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen situations confidently Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Previous experience with hotel experience or resort settings is advantageous for understanding guest needs in a luxury environment Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's stay memorable!
