Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and efficient customer service throughout their stay or check-out process Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest billing and account adjustments Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access to restricted areas during overnight hours Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Support guest relations by addressing special requests or issues with professionalism and hospitality management skills Requirements Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is preferred A positive attitude combined with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during night hours Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor and become an essential part of our commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock.
