• MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR HOTEL AUDIT EXPERIENCE

• Stay pms experience is a plus!

Duties Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service Maintain information on prices, rates, specials, packages, programs, etc, Initiate and complete the End of Day process Run all reports to ensure daily balances Complete periodic floor walks to ensure Guest and Staff safety and hotel cleanliness. Address any noise complaints and follow through with guests Handle and follow through on all guest requests daily during scheduled shifts Create and export various logs and reports to be distributed daily Have a working knowledge of security procedures. Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
