In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and promptness, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software - HotelKey Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security Foster guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during busy shifts Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
