Night Auditor

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional guest experiences around the clock. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing friendly service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach will help uphold our hotel's reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and guest relations Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and detail-oriented during overnight shifts Familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest privacy, safety protocols, and hospitality management best practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the hospitality industry!
