In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing administrative tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Manage night audit processes, including balancing accounts, preparing financial reports, and reconciling daily transactions Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure property safety and compliance with hotel emergency procedures Respond to guest requests via multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette while providing information or assistance Maintain accurate records of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, guest complaints, and shift logs Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar software platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices Excellent phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Experience in hospitality reservation systems, guest services, and hotel management is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
