Full Job Description Night Auditor Duties:

• Perform night audit functions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Verify and balance daily revenue, including room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other miscellaneous revenue
• Prepare reports summarizing daily activities and financial transactions
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and payment details
• Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Experience:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is desirable
• Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette in a hospitality setting
