Job Description

Hiring Auditor to join our other two auditors about 2-3 days a week. Shifts are 12am-8am. For initial training Additional shifts will be required. Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining accurate financial records and hotel procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience. Perform nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to verify charges, payments, and reservations. Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and phone communication with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth hotel operations. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and conduct routine property inspections to uphold safety standards. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve customer service issues, and provide solutions that enhance guest satisfaction. Help set up breakfast and light cleaning Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently and coordinate with relevant departments in case of incidents or emergencies. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly with diverse guests. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele better. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes is essential. Previous resort experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various hospitality settings. Pay:
$18.50 - $19.00 per hour
