Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and financial summaries. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest interactions. Proficiency in using front desk software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial. A background in resort or hotel experience will be advantageous in understanding guest needs.
