Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Perform night audit procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records Skills
• Proficiency in front desk operations
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of night audit procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
