Job Description

Position Overview:
Must be available to work overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This role is responsible for overnight front desk operations, financial accuracy, reporting, and inventory oversight for market and breakfast.
Responsibilities:
Complete night audit functions and ensure all systems are balanced and accurate Review all guest folios for billing accuracy, corrections, and proper payment processing Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to close of business Prepare and submit required daily reports to corporate and property leadership Monitor and maintain market inventory, including ordering and stock levels Manage breakfast inventory to ensure proper supply and cost control Prepare and communicate breakfast menus for staff to ensure consistent execution Handle guest issues that arise overnight and document accordingly Maintain communication with management regarding operational or financial concerns
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with night audit and hotel financial processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently Organized and consistent with reporting and follow-through Comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision Experience with hotel systems (PEP/OnQ preferred) If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you.
