Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing accurate information to guests in multiple languages Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises during your shift Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards, creating a hospitable environment for all visitors Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and resort or hotel environments is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Previous experience in guest services, hotel experience, or hospitality industry certifications is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest stays into memorable experiences.
