Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. This shift is from 11pm to 7am 3 to 5 nights per week. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a strong understanding of hotel procedures and guest relations, as well as excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property. Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports for management. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Experience Previous hotel experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
