Stable Schedule:

11 PM - 7 AM (Friday - Monday).

Financial Accuracy and Boutique Hospitality :

Financial & Administrative Oversight:

Perform the "Night Audit" process using our Property Management System (PMS). Reconcile daily transactions, post room charges/taxes, and process credit card payments. Prepare comprehensive financial summaries reflecting the hotel's daily performance.

Guest Relations & Operations:

Act as the Manager on Duty , handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and phone reservations with a warm, professional tone. Resolve guest challenges with discretion and sound judgment. Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment and assist with light laundry or breakfast preparation during quiet periods.

You are the face of the hotel overnight; punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.

You enjoy working independently and can think on your feet to solve problems.

Professionalism:

You possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, sincere demeanor.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
