Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balance accounts, and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Your expertise in hotel management systems and guest relations will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while ensuring safety and operational efficiency during nighttime hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy of guest accounts and financial records. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing prompt assistance to guests, staff, and vendors. Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety protocols and respond swiftly to any emergencies or unusual activity following hotel emergency procedures. Resolve guest service issues efficiently by applying customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction remains a top priority. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain accurate records for management review. Support guest relations by addressing special requests, providing local information, and fostering a welcoming environment throughout the night shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms used in hotel management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and hotel safety protocols. Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system experience; ability to handle high-volume calls professionally. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in customer service scenarios within a hospitality setting. Previous resort experience or working within a large-scale hotel environment is preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Pay:
$18.50 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
