Third Shift Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor Sleep Inn & Suites - Allendale, MI Sleep Inn & Suites in Allendale is currently seeking a dependable and professional Third Shift Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently during overnight hours and handling a variety of front desk responsibilities. Responsibilities Check guests in and out of the hotel Provide friendly and professional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions Create, modify, and manage guest reservations Operate the hotel's front desk computer system Complete nightly front desk and night audit procedures Complete all required third-shift checklists and reports Handle guest concerns professionally and appropriately Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain an organized and professional front desk area Communicate important information to management and the following shift Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Dependable and punctual Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight hours Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required Training will be provided
