- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.
- Duties
- Conducting the night audit process to verify all accounts are balanced
- Checking in late-arriving guests and handling their requests
- Assisting with guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and the property
- Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs during the night shift
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports and updating records
- Requirements
- Experience in guest services, front desk operations, or hospitality
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed
