Job Description

Core Responsibilities The role is divided into two primary functions: guest services and financial auditing. Financial Auditing & Bookkeeping Balance the
Books :
Reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, restaurant/bar bills, and credit card batches.
Audit Reports :
Generate and distribute end-of-day reports (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue summaries) for management and accounting.
Verify Accuracy :
Investigates and resolves discrepancies in guest folios or department ledgers.
System Maintenance :
Run the "Night Audit" process in the Property Management System (PMS) to close the current business day and open the next.
Guest Services & Front Desk Reception Duties :
Process late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs.
Guest Support :
Respond to inquiries, handle complaints (e.g., noise, maintenance), and manage requests like wake-up calls or extra amenities.
Concierge Services :
Provide local information, directions, and arrange transportation for guests.
Safety & Operations Security Monitoring :
Conduct security walks, monitor surveillance cameras, and implement emergency protocols if necessary.
Shift Handover :
Prepare detailed notes for the morning shift regarding maintenance needs, guest issues, or occupancy status.
Operational Support :
May assist with light cleaning of the lobby or setting up early-morning breakfast service.
Pay:
$13.75 - $14.75 per hour
