Are you a night owl who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this vital overnight role, you'll be the face of the hotel during evening hours, assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial records. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Assist overnight guests with requests, questions, and special accommodations to enhance their stay. Handle guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with confidence and professionalism. Process reservations, answer incoming calls, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Prepare and process invoices while maintaining accurate financial records. Reconcile daily transactions and balance accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Verify that all end-of-day procedures have been completed by hotel departments. Schedule wake-up calls and manage reservations for upcoming arrivals. Maintain clear communication with hotel management and team members to support smooth operations. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts. Comfortable handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education helpful Proficiency in MS and/or Google Office and the ability to learn new programs Basic reading, writing and math skills Knowledge and ability to operate cash register and various payment forms Previous experience in a customer service or hotel job preferred, but not required
