Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position offers the opportunity to combine your hospitality management skills with your passion for guest service, all while maintaining the safety and security of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, overseeing front desk operations, managing guest accounts, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the night. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember long after their stay. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting charges promptly Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols to maintain safety standards across the resort or hotel premises Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety protocols, and confidentiality Qualifications Proven operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; skills are highly valued management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy during audits Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel security procedures, and phone etiquette standards Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is preferred Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced setting while maintaining energy and enthusiasm Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
