Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing guest relations, front desk responsibilities, and financial reconciliation with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in hospitality management and guest services will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations. Duties Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift with friendly, professional customer service and phone etiquette. Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management software. Conduct nightly audits to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and ensure accurate billing processes. Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with multilingual or bilingual guests to enhance guest relations. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision. Setting up breakfast bar in the morning, with attention to detail. Experience Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality management is highly preferred. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems or comparable property management systems is a plus, but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Experience in front desk operations, night audit procedures, or resort environments is advantageous. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during overnight hours. Demonstrated ability to handle phone communication professionally while maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
