Keeping accurate financial records up to date Reporting revenue Verifying account postings and balances Reviewing payments and reconciling all credit card transactions and financial records to ensure all transactions are accounted for Run end of day procedure in property management system (PMS) Able to function as a front desk agent, including checking guests in and out as well as making reservations Responding to guest needs and requests Light maintenance
