PREVIOUS NIGHT AUDIT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
This is a set schedule: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 11am-7pm Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, exceptional attendance and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone systems and online platforms. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and events to enhance guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Oversee general security of property during over night hours Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Reconciliation of end of day reports Assistance with shuttle driving to and from local wedding venues (commercial license not needed) Requirements Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to communicate effectively Previous experience in a night audit or front desk role is required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
