Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the late hours, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk responsibilities, and maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, while also ensuring all administrative tasks are efficiently completed to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using our PMS system Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with exemplary phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Monitor and update guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while maintaining guest confidentiality Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, room charges, and occupancy reports to ensure data accuracy and security Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including answering phone calls, addressing guest requests, and resolving issues promptly Follow hotel emergency procedures to respond effectively to incidents or safety concerns during the night shift Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational continuity and compliance Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience Familiarity with hotel management software Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk protocols Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to solve customer service problems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience working in a hotel environment that emphasizes guest services and hospitality standards is preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your energy makes a difference.
