Full Job Description Hotel Night Auditor Job Posting Experienced Hotel Night Auditor Pay:
$15.00-$16.50 per hourSchedule:
Overnight shift (including weekends and holidays as needed) Before Applying, Please Consider theFollowing:
This is an overnight position that requires:- Working independently.
- Balancing financial transactions.
- Using hotel computer systems.
- Providing guest service throughout the shift.
- Working weekends and holidays when scheduled.
- Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Balance guest accounts and verify charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Generate and distribute required audit and management reports.
- Prepare the property management system for the next business day.
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the overnight shift.
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests.
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues independently whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required shift documentation.
- Monitor hotel activity and communicate important information to management and other departments.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Basic mathematical and accounting abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience.
- Previous night audit experience.
- Experience using a hotel property management system.
- Experience balancing financial transactions or handling cash.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will:
