Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and deliver outstanding guest service during the night shift. Your expertise will help maintain the smooth functioning of our hotel and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including guest folios, reservations, and billing records using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours with professionalism and warmth, providing seamless service at the front desk. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security throughout the night. Maintain detailed logs of incidents, maintenance issues, and other relevant activities during the overnight shift. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs efficiently and uphold high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles within a hospitality setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms, is essential. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and resort operations will set you apart. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling client communication in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
