Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously. Respond to guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are addressed promptly. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities. Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a significant advantage in serving diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including phone etiquette, guest relations, and security procedures. Experience handling night audit procedures or similar financial reconciliation tasks is a plus. Excellent communication skills combined with a professional demeanor to interact confidently with guests from all backgrounds. Ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude that reflects our welcoming environment.
