Night Auditor

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services with a focus on excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications effectively Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and incident reports to support operational transparency and accountability Oversee front desk operations during overnight hours, including addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or facility issues that arise during the night shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably with a background in night audit or front desk roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel industry standards in resort or hotel environments Bilingual proficiency is preferred to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations This role is perfect for energetic professionals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences around the clock.
