Job Description

Night Audit - Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is desirable
