Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position involves managing front desk functions during nighttime hours, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth. Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems. Ensure all guest accounts are accurately balanced and prepared for the morning shift. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with reservations or guest needs. Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience with hospitality reservation systems and front desk operations. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Exceptional phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred to understand the nuances of guest services and property management.
