• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the resort/hotel
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
• Assist with night audit procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications
• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
