Job:
Aloft - Element North Kansas City, MO is looking for new team members to join our star team at the overnight front desk team! The people we want are people who want to ensure that our guests have the best stay and are willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
While a hotel and Light Speed experience would be great, it isn't necessary, but the right attitude and demeanor are. This position is full-time (30-40 hours a week). Hotels are a true 24-hour-a-day, 365 days a year, Weekends and Holidays are mandatory. This position will be responsible for arriving, departing, and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns. Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
