Job Description

Candlewood Suites St. Charles is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, completing end-of-day reporting, and providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to creating a positive guest experience. Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Prepare and distribute daily reports Answer phone calls and make reservations as needed Conduct routine property walks to ensure guest safety and security Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate important information to management and incoming staff
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed About Company At Ark Hospitality, we believe great guest experiences start with great team members.
