Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and professional assistance with reservations, room changes, or special requests Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions while maintaining detailed logs of all activities Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, employing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and enhance guest satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Maintain strict adherence to phone etiquette, guest service standards, and hospitality management protocols throughout the night shift Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes is advantageous Experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments enhances your suitability for this role Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of our hospitality team!
