Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring all hotel procedures are meticulously followed. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and professional assistance with reservations, room changes, or special requests Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions while maintaining detailed logs of all activities Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, employing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and enhance guest satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Maintain strict adherence to phone etiquette, guest service standards, and hospitality management protocols throughout the night shift Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes is advantageous Experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments enhances your suitability for this role Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of our hospitality team!
