Responsibilities

As a key member of our patient care team, your core responsibilities will include:

Performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance with precision and care

Conducting comprehensive periodontal charting and full-mouth radiographs

Delivering thorough patient education on oral hygiene techniques and home care best practices

Collaborating with the dentist and clinical team on treatment planning to support optimal patient outcomes

Building lasting relationships with patients through attentive, compassionate chairside care

We are a Independent private practice with a Team of 12 in 2 locations. Our office is equipped with modern technology including Dentrix and Dexis, allowing our hygienists to deliver the highest standard of care. Requirements

Active state RDH license (or eligibility upon graduation) required

Current BLS/CPR certification required

X-ray certification required; local anesthesia permit a plus

New graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior clinical experience beyond accredited hygiene program required

Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
