Job Description
Seeking great guest service representatives for up to 16 hour per week. The shift would be 11pm-7am two days a week. Ideal candidate would possess a working knowledge of the front desk, efficiently handle the check-in and checkout processes according to motel procedures and standards. Be knowledgeable and proficient after training with the property management system . Credit card processing and cash transactions, with damage deposit at time of guest check-in. Issue room keys, explain room placement and familiarizes guests with the services and direct to areas of the motel. Manages guest troubles effectively, keeping in mind both the guest's needs, their safety, and the business objectives of the motel. Use discretion and professionalism in resolving conflicts and be willing to consult a member of management if assistance or advice is needed . High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Experience:
Motel/clerk experience strongly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system strongly preferred.
