•11PM Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor•Hybrid, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel or resort. This position combines the responsibilities of front desk guest services with financial and administrative duties, providing a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests during late hours and the meticulous organizer managing nightly audits, all within a lively, guest-focused environment. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling daily transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing reports for management review. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing guest information and routing calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest interactions to ensure data integrity and compliance with hotel policies. Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly. Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Demonstrated proficiency in handling night audit procedures, guest services, and front desk operations. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing high-volume calls in a professional manner. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is preferred.
