Night Auditor

You're the one running the hotel while the rest of the world sleeps. As our Night Auditor, you're the overnight "manager on duty"—keeping operations smooth, guests taken care of, and everything balanced for the next day. This role is a mix of hospitality and accounting—helping guests feel at home while making sure the numbers line up behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing Handle check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest requests efficiently, accurately, and with warmth. Complete end-of-day (EOD) reports, audits, and account reconciliation Review daily reports and make sure everything is accurate and closed out properly Maintain a calm, safe, and secure overnight environment Answer calls and resolve guest questions or concerns quickly and professionally Process payments (cash, card, etc.) with accuracy Balance your cash drawer and complete nightly reports Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready Assist with reservations, directions, and local recommendations Follow all safety and emergency procedures What You'll Need to Have Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and approachable) Attention to detail—you notice the small things others miss Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfort working independently and making decisions on your own Basic computer and accounting skills Problem-solving mindset with a guest-first attitude Ability to work well with a diverse team and guest base Previous hotel or Night Audit experience (preferred, not required) Availability to work overnight shifts What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision (Full-Time) Paid Vacation Weekly Pay + Direct Deposit Employee Referral Program Hilton Team Member Travel Program (travel perks) Company provided uniforms Rate of Pay based on experience
