•Cherokee, NC Are you a night owl who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests? Join our team at the Fairfield Inn Cherokee, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and an excellent guest experience!

Overnight shifts (11 PM
•7 AM); weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries Balance daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports Monitor property for safety and security overnight Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and front desk areas Support morning shift with accurate reports and a smooth handoff
Requirements:
Hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable, professional, and dependable
