DUTIES:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the system Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of shifts Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs promptly Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle billing inquiries Support other front desk duties as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations Skills Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations Flexibility. Open to all shifts Previous night audit experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Ability to work efficiently on your own Knowledge of operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices Professional appearance with strong phone etiquette skills Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational and customer service skills will shine.
