Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor (11pm-7am), where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm while managing financial reconciliations and reporting. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records. Oversee security procedures by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and daily summaries to ensure seamless communication between day and night teams. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies on phone etiquette and guest interaction standards. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation and reporting accuracy. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels.
Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
