The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization where your technical expertise directly supports safety, efficiency, and operational readiness. Working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, you'll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate ensures fleet reliability, minimize AOG delays, and support 24/7 coverage. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modifications to aircraft systems, including airframe, powerplant, electrical, and avionics. Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions in accordance with approved data. Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize aircraft downtime and support efficient scheduling. Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures. Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOG response to maintain operational continuity. Maintain tools, equipment, and work environment in accordance with safety and compliance standards. Maintain accurate, complete maintenance records and ensure accountability for assigned aircraft. Qualifications Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required). Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship). Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation). Familiarity with Citation X aircraft (preferred). Key Competencies Exceptional attention to detail, with a safety-first approach, and commitment to quality and accuracy. Clear communication and coordination with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams. Solid time management, reliability, and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards and schedule integrity. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to aircraft systems.
