In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift responsibilities, maintain accurate financial records, and provide outstanding guest services during the quiet hours of the evening. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations management Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit logs Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit or overnight role Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and accounting procedures related to night audits Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and tact Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and security procedures within a resort or hotel setting Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attentiveness Previous experience in hospitality or hotel experience is preferred; a background in guest services is highly advantageous Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
