3+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Deskside Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, ticket management, and user support across Windows environments. The technician will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure, handling device deployments, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite deskside support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, network, email, and application-related issues. Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems. Perform imaging, deployment, setup, and replacement of systems. Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications. Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Handle user account administration including password resets and Active Directory support. Coordinate with network, server, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Support conference room technologies and video conferencing tools. Maintain inventory and asset management records. Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely updates to users and management. Provide white-glove support to end users and executives when required. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in deskside/Desktop support.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows 10/11 Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory VPN support Hardware troubleshooting Printer support Mobile device support Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in an onsite environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Certifications such as:
CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certifications ITIL Foundation Experience supporting enterprise environments. Experience with SCCM, Intune, or JAMF. Knowledge of AV/conference room support. Experience with asset management tools. #
