Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and financial reconciliation to provide exceptional service during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm while maintaining the integrity of hotel records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Welcome and assist overnight guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries efficiently Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision Respond promptly to guest needs or concerns, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests Maintain professional phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and guest services best practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and professionally Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest relations and resolve issues efficiently Join us in delivering memorable experiences during the quiet hours of the night!
