Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations, all while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality management. Your multilingual skills and hotel management expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight service, providing seamless communication and efficient operations during the quiet hours of the night. Duties Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and update guest records accurately. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and conduct visual inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, providing personalized guest services that foster positive guest relations. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Enforce hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues impacting guest comfort or safety. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist a diverse range of guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and resort-specific operations is advantageous. Previous night audit experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries confidently.
