Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join the Hotel Indigo front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities and performing nightly audits. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and strong organizational skills. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Operate multi-line phone systems, responding to calls promptly and professionally. Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed. Assist with guest relations, providing information about local attractions, services, and amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Qualifications Previous experience in IHG hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests from various backgrounds. Experience in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is advantageous.
