Job Description

Front Desk Night Auditor- Full Time World of Blue Hospitality is seeking an energetic, guest-focused, and experienced Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team in East Rutherford, NJ. The Front Desk Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, guest service excellence, and security of the property. This role combines guest service responsibilities with accounting duties, including the completion of the daily audit process. Key Responsibilities Perform all front desk duties during overnight shift (check-ins, check-outs, guest requests). Complete night audit procedures, including balancing revenue, posting charges, and verifying daily transactions. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management (occupancy, revenue, discrepancies). Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Ensure accurate posting of room charges, taxes, and adjustments. Monitor hotel security and ensure all safety procedures are followed during overnight hours. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs and room status updates. Prepare shift handover reports for the morning front desk team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in Front Desk or Night Auditor role preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Schedule Overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as required. Work Environment Fast-paced hotel environment focused on luxury service standards, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
