In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously Check guests in and out through our PMS system Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service by exceptional note taken got pass on log. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, Marriott training completion and daily shift checklists Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and following up as needed Auditing all transactions and correcting reservations before turning the house over. Preparing the house for the next day, complete GXP tasks. Experience Prefer prior hotel experience, especially Marriott but not required. Office or administrative experience, especially in roles such as a receptionist, or personal assistant Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs more effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor Flexible working AM, PM, or Night Audit Shifts including weekends and holidays Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor where your proactive approach will make a meaningful impact every day!
